Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRCAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,919 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with SRCAP in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-SRCAP results are reported.
