SRCAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRCAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,493 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KBTBD13, KDSR, and KIAA0895. Each is linked with SRCAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-SRCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KBTBD13 grouped by SRCAP-low versus SRCAP-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
