SRBD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,951 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRBD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, PAF1, and SNRPD2. Each is linked with SRBD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRBD1-to-partner and partner-to-SRBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRBD1 versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
