Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRBD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,135 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXTL2, METAP1D, and RNASEH1-AS1. Each is linked with SRBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRBD1-to-partner and partner-to-SRBD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRBD1 versus EXTL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
