SRBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEH1L, SNX18P8, and ARHGEF10. Each is linked with SRBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRBD1-to-partner and partner-to-SRBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEH1L grouped by SRBD1-low versus SRBD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
