Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,860 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRBD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with SRBD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRBD1-to-partner and partner-to-SRBD1 results are reported.
