Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRARP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRARP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SRARP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRARP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LUSC are the cancer types where SRARP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
