SRA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,690 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIAPH1, YTHDC2, and HSPA4. Each is linked with SRA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRA1-to-partner and partner-to-SRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
