SRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-211P, MIR4276, and MIR8069-2. Each is linked with SRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRA1-to-partner and partner-to-SRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
