SQSTM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SQSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,021 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQSTM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SQSTM1_S272, SQSTM1_S152, and SQSTM1_S366. Each is linked with SQSTM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-SQSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SQSTM1 versus SQSTM1_S272 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
