Across TCGA cell cohorts, SQSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,263 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQSTM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to osmotic stress, Viral process, and Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SQSTM1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-SQSTM1 results are reported.
