SQOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SQOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,436 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB1, IFI35, and TRIM21. Each is linked with SQOR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQOR-to-partner and partner-to-SQOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SQOR versus SERPINB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
