SQOR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SQOR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,589 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD22, B2M, and PSMB10. Each is linked with SQOR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQOR-to-partner and partner-to-SQOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SQOR versus ANKRD22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
