SQOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SQOR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, A-Raf_pS299, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SQOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQOR-to-partner and partner-to-SQOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SQOR-low versus SQOR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
