Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SQLE Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SQLE data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SQLE Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SQLE expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where SQLE Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
