Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTY2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,203 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTY2D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with SPTY2D1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTY2D1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTY2D1 results are reported.
