SPTY2D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTY2D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTY2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A2, RPE65, and CASQ2. Each is linked with SPTY2D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTY2D1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTY2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 grouped by SPTY2D1-low versus SPTY2D1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTY2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTY2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
