SPTSSA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTSSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,782 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTSSA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP5, HEATR5A, and AHSA1. Each is linked with SPTSSA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTSSA-to-partner and partner-to-SPTSSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTSSA versus ARHGAP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTSSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTSSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
