Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTSSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,584 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTSSA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, and Alcohol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SPTSSA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTSSA-to-partner and partner-to-SPTSSA results are reported.
