SPTLC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTLC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,080 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTLC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF74, PLSCR4, and COL8A1. Each is linked with SPTLC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC3-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTLC3 versus ZNF74 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTLC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTLC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
