SPTLC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTLC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTLC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, GABRR3, and HTR3D. Each is linked with SPTLC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC3-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by SPTLC3-low versus SPTLC3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTLC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTLC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
