SPTLC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTLC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, CORO2A, and GOLGA1. Each is linked with SPTLC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTLC1 versus FUBP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
