Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,084 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTLC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, and Nuclear membrane organization. Each is linked with SPTLC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC1 results are reported.
