Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTBN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,534 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTBN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, RAB3A, and TOM1L1. Each is linked with SPTBN4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN4-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTBN4 versus NCAPH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTBN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTBN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
