Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTBN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,424 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTBN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AARS1, TYMS, and UBE2T. Each is linked with SPTBN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN4-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTBN4 versus AARS1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTBN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTBN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
