The most reproducible SPTBN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL12P, NFATC2, and CD48. Each is linked with SPTBN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN2-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN2 results are reported.
