Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTBN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,909 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTBN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of keratinocyte differentiation, CAAX-box protein processing, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with SPTBN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN2-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN2 results are reported.
