SPTBN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTBN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTBN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, SPTBN1_S2102, and SEC61B. Each is linked with SPTBN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTBN1 versus SPTAN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTBN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTBN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
