Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTBN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,431 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTBN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Central nervous system morphogenesis, Response to epidermal growth factor, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with SPTBN1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN1 results are reported.
