SPTAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with SPTAN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTAN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
