SPTAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 857 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51C, METTL8, and RWDD2A. Each is linked with SPTAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTAN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
