SPSB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPSB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 863 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPSB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, CYCSP48, and NF1P5. Each is linked with SPSB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPSB1-to-partner and partner-to-SPSB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by SPSB1-low versus SPSB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPSB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPSB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
