SPSB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPSB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPSB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, NF2, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with SPSB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPSB1-to-partner and partner-to-SPSB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by SPSB1-low versus SPSB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPSB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPSB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
