SPRYD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,657 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, VPS36, and DEF6. Each is linked with SPRYD7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD7-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD7 versus SUGT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
