Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,097 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRYD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCD2, SYNE3, and LINC02084. Each is linked with SPRYD7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD7-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD7 versus ABCD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
