SPRYD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP1, COG1, and TM9SF2. Each is linked with SPRYD7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD7-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD7 versus SCAMP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
