Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRYD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,739 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRYD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with SPRYD7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD7-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress grouped by SPRYD7-low versus SPRYD7-high in BONE.
