SPRYD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPRE3, MCM2_S27, and STXBP1. Each is linked with SPRYD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD3 versus MAPRE3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
