SPRY4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,446 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRY2, SPRED1, and SPRED2. Each is linked with SPRY4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
