Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRY4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,362 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRY4-AS1, DUSP6, and SEC14L1. Each is linked with SPRY4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
