Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRY3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 616 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP5K1B, GAPLINC, and SIX4. Each is linked with SPRY3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRY3 versus PIP5K1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
