Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRY3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,349 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRY3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with SPRY3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY3 results are reported.
