Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,095 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRY2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation, Regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Each is linked with SPRY2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY2-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY2 results are reported.
