SPRR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT19, TRIM29, and TRIM29_S489. Each is linked with SPRR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR3 versus KRT19 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
