SPRR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,605 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IVL, SPRR1A, and TTC9. Each is linked with SPRR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR3 versus IVL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
