Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPRR2D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPRR2D data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SPRR2D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPRR2D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and BRCA are the cancer types where SPRR2D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
