SPRR2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5787, NTAN1, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with SPRR2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2D-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5787 grouped by SPRR2D-low versus SPRR2D-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
