SPRR2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Stathmin, and PCNA. Each is linked with SPRR2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2D-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SPRR2D-low versus SPRR2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
