Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPRR1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPRR1B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SPRR1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPRR1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and LIHC are the cancer types where SPRR1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
