SPRR1B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,194 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83A, SPRR2D, and SPRR1A. Each is linked with SPRR1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR1B versus FAM83A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
